Service Description
Bangkok Boost Studios provides software-as-a-service products for Thai businesses, including a LINE-based booking system (BkkBoost Booking) and a QR code ordering platform (BkkBoost Dine). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate business information and to use our services in compliance with all applicable Thai laws and regulations. You must not use our platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Payment Terms
Our services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) on our pricing page. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Setup fees, where applicable, are one-time charges and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice.
Intellectual Property
All software, designs, and content provided by Bangkok Boost Studios remain our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your business data and content uploaded to our platform. We do not claim any rights over your customer data.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high uptime for all our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party service outages.
Limitation of Liability
Bangkok Boost Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including lost revenue or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Thai law.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
